Schedulefly, the leader in online restaurant scheduling, has opened a Wilmington NC office that will serve as headquarters for product development and a base to further support local restaurants and businesses.
“Schedulefly has seen tremendous growth in supporting local and national restaurant accounts,” said Tyler Rullman, Chief Operations Officer at Schedulefly. “Wilmington is an ideal location and full of talented Information Systems professionals that will be essential resources as we continue to enhance our offering.”
Schedulefly’s technology is now helping Elijah’s – a famous oyster bar and seafood grill in Historic Downtown Wilmington with 70+ employees.
“Schedulefly made an immediate impact and saved our restaurant valuable time and money,” said Boney Ives, general manager at Elijah’s. “We have seen a reduction in scheduling conflicts and can now reinvest saved time in delivering a world-class customer experience.”
Schedulefly provides web-based software to help restaurant managers create, post and manage staff schedules online. Schedulefly offers functionality to deliver real-time messages and updates to personal email accounts or cellular phones via text messages. It was founded by Weston Aiken, a Wilmington native and alumni of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Aiken earned a degree in Management Information Systems at the Cameron School of Business.
