Friends Coastal Restaurant is a really cool, fun Key West / New Orleans fusion joint in Madisonville, LA. They rebuilt a great place after Katrina – the building has been around since 1850. After using Excel for a couple of years to create their restaurant staff schedule, they realized there had to be a better way – and moved to Schedulefly.
Richard and I spend a quick 10 minutes talking about their old scheduling and communication process, their new process, what the managers think, what the staff thinks, and how “there is no way to communicate with the entire staff easily without Schedulefly.”
