Luke Pearson of Lift Films is going to put together a new video for our home page. As I told Luke, “This shouldn’t be anything like a normal business vid. I want people’s jaws to hit the floor when they see it the first time.”
Luke did the video that’s on our site now, and it’s awesome. In fact we could use it for a long time. But we want to keep evolving with how we connect with visitors to our site. When restaurant people start looking into the many staff scheduling options available now, we want our video to stand out as so memorable and so emotive that they know they want to do business with us before seeing anything else on our site. We want to draw them in and help them understand right away the kind of passion and creativity and excitement all of us have not only for our business, but for the people we serve.
This is no easy challenge, but we’re working with a guy who has done some incredibly inspiring work. Here’s the trailer for the documentary Luke produced (and that Wes was a part of) called “Redfish Can’t Jump“:
Wes, Luke and I are going to visit a few incredible customers across the country over the next three months, and come February, we’ll unveil the new vid. I’ll keep the blog fresh with updates as we work on this project. Stay tuned…
